    Cavan Credit Union underwent an extensive refurbishment and interior fit-out of their premises on Main St., Cavan. Our brief included provision of an environment to enhance the workplace and customer experience. This was achieved by using a coordinated palate of materials and interior design motifs, inviting natural light deep into the banking hall and ancillary office spaces and also by creating a simple but effective circulation strategy easily discernible by visitors of all ages.     This build was a contemporary farmhouse design near Cavan Town, of a simple but elegantly formed volume with associated utility and storage areas arranged as outbuildings, in a nod to traditional farm settlements of old. Material use of dry stonework, charred timber and natural slate add refinement to the elevations, whilst the living areas harness vistas of the drumlin countryside as far as hills of East Cavan.
