This build was a contemporary farmhouse design near Cavan Town, of a simple but elegantly formed volume with associated utility and storage areas arranged as outbuildings, in a nod to traditional farm settlements of old. Material use of dry stonework, charred timber and natural slate add refinement to the elevations, whilst the living areas harness vistas of the drumlin countryside as far as hills of East Cavan.
