Wynne Gormley Gilsenan Architects & Surveyors Ltd. has a full-time permanent opportunity for a suitably qualified Architect / Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience to join our office in Cavan Town.
The Applicant should
· Be a strong detailer with excellent technical and site knowledge
· Be able to work within a collaborative environment
· Have excellent communication and presentation skills
· ArchiCAD proficiency
· Have a strong working knowledge of the Irish Statutory Consents and BC(A)R process
· A good knowledge and understanding of the current Building Regulations
· Experience in Contract Administration would be advantageous
· A full driver’s license would be preferable
