A visit to Ireland’s best loved chef Neven Maguire and his talented team’s operation base in Blacklion. Co. Cavan is ‘must’ on a many a bucket list. WGG Architects & Surveyors Ltd were delighted to have been involved in helping to deliver a new kitchen and office accommodation extension to the rear of the existing premises, also providing additional dining space within the restaurant. Works were phased to ensure continuity of use whilst construction ensued culminating in a frantic finale to facilitate the transfer into the new premises for February 2019. A further design for the courtyard area has also been prepared but is yet to be realised.
